How many colours can I use in my design?
As many as you want! We can print anything from simple black and white to a photographic image with millions of colours.

Will I get charged extra depending on how many colours I use?
No, the price is always the same, no matter what the design consists of.

How are your backdrops printed?
They are printed digitally using dye-sublimation and solvent based inks. This means that we can achieve astonishing quality for a low price - our prints go out at 720dpi.

Whats your guarantee all about?
We guarantee the colours of your print against fading and discolouration for 4 years.

Is hemming and eyeletting extra?
No; hemming, eyeletting, and even delivery are all included within the price.

What if I want something of a different size to your 'standard' dimensions?
Email us and we will quote you.

I failed all my art classes. Can you help me with design?
No problem, we'd be happy to help you put something together to be proud of.

What is your turnaround time?
5 - 7 working days from payment. Let us know if you have a pressing deadline though, and we'll do our best to meet it.

I'm not resident in the UK. Can I still make an order?
Of course, although we may need to add a little to cover additional shipping cost. Send us an email and we'll let you know.
